These Terms & Conditions govern communications, inquiries, and use of services provided by Hwa Rang Traditional Taekwon-Do Center (“Hwa Rang,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including communications initiated through our website, Facebook, Instagram, Meta advertisements, online lead forms, telephone, email, and SMS/text messaging.
1. INQUIRIES AND PROGRAM INFORMATION
Individuals may request information about Hwa Rang programs through our website, social-media advertisements, online lead forms, telephone, email, or other available methods.Submitting an inquiry or requesting information does not obligate you to enroll, purchase a membership, or purchase any other product or service.Program schedules, availability, tuition, promotions, and other program details may change from time to time.
2. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
By providing your mobile telephone number and expressly opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Hwa Rang Traditional Taekwon-Do Center, you consent to receive text messages at the telephone number you provided.Messages may include responses to your inquiry, information about the program you selected, trial or introductory class information, appointment scheduling and reminders, enrollment information, class or program information, follow-up regarding services you requested, and promotional or marketing communications when you have provided the required consent.Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted.Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. 4. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, META AND ONLINE LEAD FORMS
When you voluntarily submit a Hwa Rang inquiry or lead form through Facebook, Instagram, Meta, our website, or another online platform, you authorize Hwa Rang to use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and provide information concerning the programs or services you requested.Submitting a lead form does not obligate you to enroll or make a purchase.SMS/text messages will be sent in accordance with the consent provided through the applicable form.

6. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
Participation in Hwa Rang programs may be subject to additional enrollment agreements, waivers, payment terms, program rules, or other agreements provided at the time of enrollment.These Terms & Conditions do not replace any separate membership, enrollment, afterschool, camp, event, or other service agreement entered into between Hwa Rang and a student, parent, guardian, or customer.
7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Hwa Rang Traditional Taekwon-Do Center may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, communication practices, technology, or applicable requirements.The current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date when appropriate.
