Refund Cancellation Policy

I understand that under the terms of the agreement, the school obligates itself to furnish me with competent instruction and suitable facilities for teaching lessons. All classes are supervised by qualified personnel trained in the traditions and procedures of the martial arts.

The student hereby represents that he/she is physically fit to receive and participate in the prescribed course instruction.

I understand that my tuition is arranged and to be made in monthly or weekly installments and is not affected by my training schedule and/or attendance.

I understand and agree that the school will not be held liable for injuries, damages, etc., not caused by or resulting from the negligence of the owners, operators, employees or persons in charge of such an establishment.

I will faithfully comply with all the rules and regulations of the school and the traditions of the Martial Arts. I further understand that failure to complete the training does not relieve me of my obligation to pay the tuition in full.

You may cancel this agreement without any penalty of further obligation within three (3) days from the date of this agreement. After the 3 days grace period a 30 days notice is required. I understand that if my billing date falls within the 30 Days notice I will be charged the full month. No refunds will be extended to me, for any of the charges incurred within the 30 days of the notice.
